No - The data must be used within 30 days or it is lost.
Invoicing happens between the 26th and the 28th of the month.
Payment is due on the last day of the month.
New data is loaded on the 6th day of the month and is valid until the 5th of the next month.
If you load your data onto a Mifi router, you can share it with as many people as you want however, individually, you cannot on-share it.

We have built a relationship with the team at WizeFly over the past few years which allowed us to trust them when they decided to increase their portfolio and start offering data packages through MTN. The team called us up and talked about what they were offering which allowed us to increase the productivity of our departments and increase the services that we can offer our guests. So, with this, we came up with two opportunities: 1) Order sim cards for all our work phones so if loadshedding ever gave us Wi-Fi issues, we would always have a backup & 2) We now rent out Sim Cards to our international guests, so they do not have to worry about getting a South African sim card on arrival in the country. These sim cards have sold like hotcakes if I can use that expression. Selling sim cards to guests is just another revenue centre we have created from the services WizeFly offers.

Wizefly’s data packages have been a miracle in this time of excessive loadshedding. Running an online business when WiFi is down is madness and so having a great data package has helped with costs and aided the ability to still sufficiently run my life online. I’ve loved it! I have been on an MTN contract since 1996. However, since I could not find a contract that suited my budget, I cancelled my contract in November 2022 and chose a “pay as you go option”. The timing was perfect, as I saw an advert from WizeFly on our Community FB website. I shared it with a few people but they were sceptical about the low cost. Being a positive person, I chose to contact them and Cheyenne contacted me via email, followed up with a phone call to explain the differences between the packages. She sent me the documentation which I signed and sent back with my proof of payment. Best decision I’ve ever made regarding a Data contract. I signed up with Wizefly during their special deal drive last year, and have never looked back.
I dealt with Cheyenne and she sorted everything out for me right away, delivering my router to my doorstep. At the start I had a few connectivity issues, which were promptly dealt with by Cheyenne and the team.
